Okay, semi-serious question: would wearing a Phyrgian cap today be cool or cringe? It has been worn by so many different groups over the centuries that I’m not sure how it would be interpreted.
If you like the look go for it. I’ve been wearing a beret every day as soon as the weather is getting a bit chilly and I love it.
At first I felt weird and out of place but now I love it and it became my distinctive feature.
