From everything I’ve ever read on the topic, no, this is an internet age myth. The “snakes driven from the island” myth is dated hundreds of years before the real person Saint Patrick existed and was just later attributed to him.
In the legend of St Maughold’s conversion, Patrick appears to have a man straight up die so that Patrick can resurrect him all just to turn a practical joke back on the jokers

Olga is an eastern church saint, also she was baptized ten (or something like that) years after destroying the city. Whole story about her revenge was like Ihor taxed drevlyans and then taxed them again, and then taxed them again, finally they got tired and killed him. Olga somehow becomes a ruler (as a regent for her son), and continues to harass and kill drevlyans. Saintly af.
I don’t have my book on me but I remember it going more along the lines of there being two independent rival towns. After a battle her husband is killed and the rivals want to marry her. Because of her anger and grief Olga devises a plan to outsmart them through a series of deceptions, and eventually razes the rivals town to the ground.
IIRC she agreed to marry then kills drevlyans that came to Kyiv with proposal, multiple times.
It’s what propaganda of the specific time called for.
There is never a shortage of folk doing benign/good or absolutely horrible/evil acts in the name of religion.
