Picked up a book by Chinese author Yu Hua, called City of Fiction. It’s set in the time of the cultural revolution. You don’t see many Chinese authors in the book stores here, so I was intrigued.

Sadly I did have to Google his name to see if he wasn’t one of those anti China western bootlicker people but he seems okay. Curious to see what a Chinese fiction is like.
