I wonder if this has anything to due with the lack of air traffic controllers and their quality of training due to high turnover. Probably not. Let’s just keep waiting for the next 300+ fatality disaster so we can fix it with thoughts and prayers.
Air traffic was controlled by a private company at this airport 😐
They’re still contracted by the FAA and I believe have to follow the same standards. I don’t think that they’re a private company is the big issue here.
“Uhhhhhh folks…uhhhhhhhhhh…you may have noticed uhhhhhhhhh… a sharp high-G turn…uhhhhhhhhhh…we narrowly dodged a fiery, uhhhhhhhhhhh, death…uhhhhhhhhhhh drink service to resume shortly.”
" highway tooo theee danger zone!" “Captain the mic is still on.”
“Listen, you first officer you. People can’t tell it’s the captain speaking if there are not enough ‘uhhhhh’s in the message so just pipe down”

Old underwear retired.
Does anyone else feel like we’re seeing more military activity and that that activity is taking less precautions with regards to safely operating around civilian traffic?
Oddly enough an in-law of my family member lives in northern ND and posted a video he took of a B-52 flyover for some sort of celebration yesterday. It has to be the same plane right??
We live in a military dictatorship now.
