European-style democracy (US and Israel included) is but one form of government, nations are allowed to choose alternative forms. Judging by the outcomes European-style democracy isn’t even the best form of government. Your intolerance of other forms and desire to enforce your own system on others even when your system is clearly broken and failing can only be explained by chauvinism and tacit racism.

People vote in China. Anyways, this is getting off topic. This Chinese GPU should be judged on technical merits, not based on the form of government or whether China adheres to European cultural and political norms.
