minus-squareRubberElectrons@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up3·5 days agoIt’s cool, just reminds me of childhood eating at Ikea: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/sas-senap-dill-sauce-for-salmon-20028890/ Turns out it was one of few places with reasonably healthy food that was also affordable. We were a little limited in budget during my younger years. Anyway! Cool dish, can you share the recipe?

minus-squareMysteriousSophon21@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up3·4 days agoPro tip: if you find the dijon too strong next time, try mixing it with a bit of honey or greek yogurt to mellow it out and it’ll still keep that nice tangy flaver without overwhelming the salmon.

minus-squareRebekahWSD@lemmy.worldOPlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·4 days agoOh, I’ll use less next time, that was my issue! But honey sounds like it could be very veery good.
Yay Ikea.
