Cryptocurrency consultant Nicolas Turnbull gave evidence to help the jury understand some of the jargon, but he said there seemed to be “no real structure” to DeLuney’s trading.

“There’s a lot of emotion in it, where if you’re trading, and you’re doing this as a job … in my professional opinion you need structure, you need risk management.”

This lady sounds incredibly stupid to me, some of the diary excerpts sound like a post on Wallstreetbets. Just fumbling around blindly while the pros help themselves to her money.

    diary

Shouldn’t diaries be chaotic and unstructured? It’s their essence – writing down small thoughts to not forget them. They shouldn’t make sense to other people. And of course, a diary cannot have a “structured” template.

P.S. No idea who that woman is and what’s the case.

Chaotic and unstructured, sure, but planning your dream home while losing money hand over fist doesn’t scream smart person to me.

I dream of moving to Canada eventually. But now I am in Ukraine, a veteran, sitting under bombings. Do you think that I am also an idiot to have such dreams in my circumstances?

That remark was more driven by the fact she pretty much got called a colossal moron with no idea what she was doing by the court appointed expert.

Lots of people dream of lambos and houses on the beach when trading crypto. That’s the whole lure of the market.
