I’ve succesfully stopped scrolling by liking knitting grandmas, finance news, formula 1 and other things i really do not care about.
If you find it hard to just stop, then fuck up your feed.

Like prove that the fabric of everything could facilitate a situation with the mentioned parameters holds true at the same time without the universe imploding?
That is a great epistemological question. And of little practical value i fear.

It is entirely possible that working from home when concentration is needed, and office for cohesion and alignment, is better for everyone.
I sure as shampoo have 5x the efficiency when not in the office. But i also get disconnected and work feels meaningless when not with a group of people.

I’ve this theory that mostly Americans never answer the phone due to can-spam laws and such.
I usually answer if i see a call and it is convenient, but phone is always on silent.
Just avoided Philadelphia cheese (US) product using madeometer.com. Small win, nice feeling.
Flipped the product upside-down for the next customer.
