I ended up finding a Cryptpad link of all places. Its the v7 edition, and likely much older.

I also remembered, I think it was renamed “Operation: Save America”. I saved this v7 edition to my hard drive in case it disappears. Hopefully the original author comes back and reposts the document.

I decided to add a version number so you know when it updates. I mean, you could just look at the last updated time but this could work for better visibility.
