How does a country with many diverse cultures, some of them thousands of years old, create a narcostate, exactly? And given that the USA is controlled by pharmaceutical companies with many people here addicted to drugs, doesn’t the USA also qualify as a narco state? How does its “culture” contribute to this situation? And does its “culture” also mean that the CIA has to fund Mexican gangs?

Imagine thinking that democracy has ever existed in the USA. The only thing that changes people’s minds (i.e., teaches people to have empathy for other human beings) is re-education camps.
