EndeavourOS KDE Plasma is my favourite! It’s really really considerate and inherits all the arch linux advantage :3
And if you want to control everything, selfhost stalwart would be nice
It depends what you want
If all you need is zero access encryption then Tuta is fine but if you would like to use OpenPGP more like u did in Proton then maybe mailbox.org and posteo would be better choice imho
Nice, would be great if there are some recurring discounts :3
Revolut has disposable cards and only valid for one time paynent
Archinstall is a part of arch so they say they use arch btw that’s sensible to be
Yeaaa my cat’s fur is literally everywhere so every Sunday our family have to vacuum the house inside out 🫠
Wht does it even matter if you don’t install Arch manually? Is the whole point of the arch installing? I don’t think so, it’s using. If you don’t find anything joyful in manually installing arch it’s perfectly fine to manually install only once to make sure you know how it works. And just use archinstall
in every following installation that’s not shamefu
Yea, this is completely okay, but there is a small difference - for stock /e/os ones, the Bootloader is locked. I am not sure about details but this would be a needed security feature for some applications
Oh, I apologize. I misunderstood your main concern, I though it’s about Google Play instead of Android.
Yes, the only choice for most mobile phones are either Android or iOS. Things like Pinephone and FydeTab Duo exists, but so rare.
You can purchase the /e/os version. But it is more expensive
Peace Prize!
It’s unfortunately hard to convert people from WhatsApp to other software, because contacts might care to move but the group will not…
Linkace and floccus are also nice alternatives
I get your point, yeah… your opinion makes sense. It’s just a bit complicated in reality. For example, if I share my point of view straightforward, I may get into trouble. And sometimes people who loves to politicize everything would make discussions painful, like, I just want to talk about algorithm used in some software, and theyr throwing a lot of theories to me ab the company behind it
I don’t like to talk about politics because many people gets unreasonable when it comes to politics. So I basically lose the motivation to talk about it. That doesn’t mean I lose all my opinions.
You mean Etesync? Yes, it’s fully open source and self hostable
Mailbox and posteo are not fully open source afaik
If main focus is deliverability and encryption plus privacy
You can try with mailbox or posteo with email, and self host etesync for calendar
The move towards Chinese market lol
