Naja, das ist eher was man so zum Borrel isst. Das ist keine richtige Mahlzeit, das isst man wenn man sich mit Freunden auf ein Glässchen trifft. Sonst gibt es halt auch so Sachen wie Stamppot (Eintopf), Suppen (da gibt’s auch Spezialitäten wie Mosterdsoep), Pannekoeken, Pap (Brei, z.B. aus Gries) etc.

Zudem gibt es auch noch ganz leckere Kuchen (Vlaai) und andere Leckereien wie Drop (Lakritze), Vla (Pudding) usw.

Den hatte ich bisher noch nicht. Ich hab eher das Gefühl auf einem Pulverfass zu wohnen, dass mir jederzeit um die Ohren fliegen kann. Leider sind auch nicht super viele Rücklagen da. D.h. mal eben spontan (ungeplant)15k für sowas wie Kanalsanierung macht schon richtig Stress.

Das und zudem fressen gerade so Schrottgebäude (wohne auch in einem) auch ordentlich Kohle. Erst Heizung krepiert, dann Keller vollgelaufen, jetzt Abwasserleitungen saniert, als nächstes muss das Dach dran und die Elektrik steht auch schon ewig auf der To-Do Liste. Dann ist es aber immer noch nicht schön anzusehen und die furchtbare Raumaufteilung, wo man keinen Raum ordentlich nutzen kann, wird dadurch auch nicht besser…

Cheap is not the case everywhere. In Germany it’s cheap, in the Netherlands it’s much more expensive and in Croatia a bottle is like 25 Euro

I believe North Korea is a pretty dangerous place to live. However, I don’t know if that’s true because them being so closed off and inaccessible makes it very easy to basically say anything about them (let’s say they eat newborns every Tuesday for lunch) and there’s no way to fact check it.
