There is a whole industries to radicalize men. They try to get them hooked with “women don’t want to date me” and get them on the social media conveyor belt towards becoming a good right wing radical that’s immune to any logic.

To create an alpha male, you start of from someone with anxiety. Then you boost that anxiety by overexposure to various exaggerated examples of masculinity. After that comes the next phase, selling the solution. Tell them they can be alpha if they just follow these people’s recommendations and buy those products. Some economist did his calculations and came to the conclusion that climate change up to 4°C would only cost 0.1% GDP (or something else ridiculously small). Somebody else remarked that his calculations showed the same 0.1% at -4°C. There was a a kilometer of ice on the spot he was now sitting when it was last -4°C, and you’d think the influence on the economy of that would be a bit more than 0.1%.
