The modern King Kong films, starting with the Peter Jackson one which was alright when it came out. The rest of them are just straight schlock trash

As amazing as Microcenter is, they’re largely a consumer electronics store, not really component level like RadioShack used to be

They could have been reupholstered, it looks like the ones in the bottom pic have a slight shiny pattern while the top ones don’t. But it does look like saturation is off even looking at the paint on the fireplace

I think I know exactly which video they watched. It was about how they got up the tower in Thwomp’s Fortress in Super Mario 64 without jumping.
