I personally really like self checkout. Even with a full cart im in and out significantly faster than most everyone else. I dont get how people get tripped up at them but my god Is it so many. I would like to have the option to remove something I accidentally scanned without needing someone though. We finally got passed the bag scale issues this is the next hurdle!

As a side note I only do self check with a full cart because im a late night shopper I would never in a million years do it during busy hours.

If you can’t scan your groceries at self check out under 3 minutes go to a register when it’s busy. You’re people are holding the rest of us up. I can scan a full cart faster than some can scan their 10 items.

I have a friend who goes with their husband and kiddo who spends the entire year seeking out the cheapest ways to go and it literally takes months but saves them $8k off normal pricing. That still leaves them needing $7k for the week vacation. I couldn’t even imagine caring that much about something. I wouldn’t mind going but the absolute most I’d spend if $2k for the entire stay which will never happen since the flights alone would be that for me and my family.
