My biggest gripe with modern trucks really. I don’t really blame the lawyers, that’s their job to defend you when you hire them or get assigned them in the case of public defenders. Pretty important part of having a fair system, but the obvious conflicts of interest for judges and prosecutors that are baked in to this system when trying to hold police accountable for their constant atrocities make it vanishingly far from a fair system for those in the working class.

I would not say common, but they certainly exist. I’ve only seen maybe a couple in person here in, let’s say the very central U.S. There are no factory produced trucks like that as far as I’m aware, these are all (very expensive, I’m sure) aftermarket or custom conversions, on top of the already $60k-100k truck.
