Just chiming in to confirm the same behavior. Occasionally a post sneaks in and out, but for the most part active and hot pages have been static for about two weeks since the instance went down.

There should really be a non-admin only instance support or meta-post community for these types of things because I would have made a post a week ago if there was anywhere to actually post it to.
