Is the dog just trying to not drown?
Pretty sure that’s the case, or just breaking from needing to swim.
Is breaking from needing to swim the same thing as trying to not drown? The title is still true then, just in a less positive way.
A bit worried about the pup here, I want the humans to pick them up and put in vehicle.
