Much appreciated! Abigail is definitely a bit longer lol, though Abby was even moreso, to the point I’m still trying to figure out at how many choices it would make sense to split a given name into two entries. But I’ll cross that bridge later.

Yeah, that was part of the challenge to myself was to try and find enough people to at least make it a game.

Part of the point of the series was to force myself to branch out from the same faces and choices that continually circulated in these games, even before the migration to Lemmy. The majority of posts here will already be covering the “quality” (which I also don’t recognize being a particularly true or well defined concept in regards to these games) of celebs people are used to seeing.

If somebody doesn’t recognize a majority of the choices I’ve got per grouping (which I don’t blame them), combining those groupings wouldn’t suddenly make a majority of the new group recognizable unless I make it a point to cull those that I’d have to magically determine were less recognizable from the choices…which would somewhat defeat the point lol

Especially since these are already somewhat culled lists to begin with. When I started noting names, I was originally going off of some random comments on one of the weekly (monthly?) posts on reddit where the question came up of what even qualified as celebrity, and there really wasn’t a consensus, especially with the social media star sorts that have cropped up everywhere. People were kinda legitimately like “If Livvy Dunne counts, so do…xyz” lol

So I appreciate it, but in the same vein as when I play games involving K-pop people, none of whom I recognize, I just based choice on whom at that moment looks more appealing to me based on the picture provided, or I don’t play. I’m fine being an outlier.
