Funny how with very certain things they seem to think that states rights are inalienable, but when a state tries to codify any laws pertaining to gun control or access to medical care, suddenly states lose those rights.
Almost as if the SCROTUS consists of bad faith hypocrites that care more about their own personal power and beliefs than the laws they swore an oath to uphold…
