Was so packed with toppings, I assumed it was a pork belly ‘salad’.

Is it still ramen if there’s more addins than actual ramen/broth? Truly a debate of the century.
But there aren’t more toppings than ramen and broth, they are just laid on top.
Really? Your hand placement made it look like it’s a pretty shallow bowl. Honestly was just a jab anyway, it looks fantastic and I’d definitely steal it from you.

It’s store bought cured pork belly, I cooked it under the oven grill for a few minutes.
