Perhaps it was off-topic, to dare to ask why people would use the Fediverse rather than Reddit… on a community dedicated to the Fediverse, on Reddit? :-P
I find myself lurking a lot less here then on Reddit, for me that is a giant bonus. I’m not as worried being interactive as on Reddit.
The only negative I see is that the fediverse is still very young/small
Mostly people who lurk that don’t want to try and create their own community here and promote it other places.
