I’m not really against this. We don’t even let children consent to medical procedures themselves until they are 18.
So what about kids with cancer? They can’t consent to medical treatments, right?

Is it necessary to criminalize though? You can make it illegal, which I also don’t agree with, but find slightly more reasonable than downright criminal
