Yeah, I was just there recently and I have absolutely no idea how that photo was taken. I was on that exact street anywhere from before sunrise until late at night and there were thousands of people at any one time.
This city is unfortunately the epitome of too many tourists overcrowding and insane price gouging. It absolutely destroyed the experience.

Those streets are actual marble and they actually shine / reflect like that even with thousands of tourists on them. It was one of the most incredible places I think I’ve been to.
But, hitting the toilet is 10x the cost if a normal European toilet.
Food is insane. Beer at market is say €1 but in town is about €8.
You get the picture.
Be prepared to be bent over a barrel, to experience that beauty.
