Anachronistic baby Jesus cameo?

I don’t know if it’s explicitly stated anywhere, but my guess is it’s actually Seth (even though he also wasn’t born yet)

Edit: I was wrong- I assumed it was Cain and Abel bc it looks almost exactly like this illustration of them

But apparently it’s just a depiction of “people doing bad things like Cain” to justify the flood
