We are out here SCREAMING for help. Fucking Democrats. And listen to the Trump voters. Lemmy: “tHey’Re RACISTS!” Didn’t see a single white Trump voter in that clip. Notice how he’s respectfully listening to these voters? Fuck me, I’d vote R if one of them came up on me like that and actually listened.

That’s what happened. The Democrats sold us out to the rich. And just as conservatives view politics through a “me first” lens, millions of us are saying, “Democrats aren’t making my life better. And not only that, you’re complicit in genocide.” And they bet on anyone else.
Every time AOC or Bernie opens their mouth I want to scream, “FUCK YES!” Add Mamdani’s voice to that list.
Every time other Democrats open their fucking mouth I want to belt them. Fist or literal belt, dealer’s choice. And listen to this filth:

He added: “Mamdani diagnosed the right problem: the affordability crisis facing the working class. But he has the wrong solutions: his ideas can’t work and would make matters worse.”
Know what? Maybe his ideas won’t work, but any ideas at all would be fucking welcome from this feckless party. That’s the kind of advice that is failing, over and over and fucking over again. Jesus fucking Christ, even a dumbass redneck like me has a better read on the pulse of the country.
And no lessons will be learned.

I’m nowhere near NY but it still puts genuine hope in my heart to see young(er) actual progressives find footing anywhere in this current shithole of an oligarch’s den we call a country.
For a while I was scared they’re a dying breed, and Bernie would be the last (aside from AOC). May the fighting spirit live on and inspire all of us to continued action.
This man gives me hope as well. If the Democrats are able to learn from this, we could have a revolution. But they won’t hear a goddamned thing.
Never thought I’d say it, but I may just drop out as a voter. The GOP owns the real estate around me, but I always vote against them to show that we have numbers. I can hardly choke down another Democrat vote after they handed my country over to a fascist dementia patient. Talk about the definition of a fucking loser.

Democratic primaries see less than 15% turnout in congressional elections, yet people wonder why nothing changes. Do you know who always shows up? Retirees, and they have very different needs than the working class.
