I saw something similar to this once. I think it was just a computer error. Couldn’t start the car, all the lights came on. I pulled the key out, waited five minutes, car started with a check engine light.

I never read the Gryphon books but I actually picked up Black Gryphon a few days ago. It’s been a bit difficult to follow along with so many new names for things though.

I’ve come pretty far as a home cook but this is still something I struggle to master. Mostly cause I look at what I have leftover and I’m like “Well I could make this… if I had XYZ ingredients too, which I don’t.”

Lil sad I haven’t seen Sarah Andersen put out any new comics in a while, but I think she’s working on some kind of project or maybe got hired for something? Good for her if so!

Some insurances are so bad you might as well not have it. Like if the deductible–which has to be paid in full before the insurance will touch most anything–is really high. A lot of the times they’re in the thousands, so yeah it’s cheaper to fly.

I do kind of wonder how you go about pushing against a company that has virtually no customer support. Just an AI chatbot or something. No numbers, no emails. It’s not common, but I’ve seen it, and I expect we’ll see more of it increasingly. I suppose at that point you could try to locate their address and mail them a letter?

EDIT: Btw both mastercard and visa DO have simple ways of contacting them. You can email mastercard and Visa has chat, email, and phone call. It was pretty easy to snap off an email to both calling them out. About as hard as signing the petition so I recommend doing that instead.

And this is why I don’t fly anymore. It was never an enjoyable experience (except takeoff. Wee!!) and now it’s even less worth it.

Now I find myself having a depressed opinion on the lack of train options.
